The objectives of this letter consisted of joint conduction of research projects, cooperation in research procedures of theses and dissertations, cooperation in holding graduate courses, promotion of scientific and technological collaboration, enjoying the facilities of the other side regarding educational, research, clinical, library, greenhouse, farm, and international affairs, and benefiting from the experience and facilities of each other to heighten the technical knowledge, transfer of technology, and cooperation in order to secure funds for research projects.
Financial and intellectual gains from cooperation and joint activities such as innovation, invention, discovery, papers, books, workshops, and congresses will be allocated to both parties according to the portions specified in the bills passed by the joint committee.
This letter of understanding is valid for 5 years and it is renewable.
