According to a Webda correspondent, his message reads as follows:

The sixteenth of Azar is indubitably redolent of the selfless acts of free spirited students who sacrificed themselves to perpetuate and resonate the messages of resistance and free spirit all around the world. Allied to this, we need to reflect on the mindset and conduct of these students who were martyred to raise the banner of knowledge in the combat against colonization and colonialists in order to attain everlasting idealism and independence. The path which will remain bright and transcendent by following in the steps of martyrs and obeying the orders of the supreme leader. The accurate understanding of the modern-day student of the insight and awareness of the students martyred on December 7, 1953, will be a precious asset for the sustainable development of magnificent Islamic revolution, and it is incumbent on us to make very endeavor to expand this intellectual, cultural potential.

I, commemorating Azar 16, congratulate all Iranian students, especially those studying at Abadan University of Medical Sciences and ask God the Most High to expand their honor and esteem.
